New application designed to assist military contracting professionals

The Mapping Acquisition and Procurement Process application is active and provides users a roadmap through the contracting process.

            “It will enable inexperienced practitioners to access information on their own, replacing other resources such as the ACC Deskbook,” said Lisle Lennon, Policy Division, Army Contracting Command Operations Group. “It will be a collaboration site for the centralized dissemination and storage of regulation, policies, tools, and templates, contain links for training materials and other resources such as news articles.”

            The application will reside on the ACC Operations Group and the Operations Group, Policy/HCA Support SharePoint sites and provide end-to-end contracting solutions for the entire acquisition team.  SharePoint is accessible to those with a Department of Defense common access card. user privilege is determined by authorized permissions.
